Daiwabo Information System Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Kita-ku, Osaka City; Representative Director, President: Hiroyuki Matsumoto; below “DIS”) has launched a new B-to-B-to-B service, “iDATEN EX3,” to support dealers in building their own e-commerce (EC) websites.

 

This service comes equipped with essential features for building an e-commerce site, including payment processing, as well as various subsequent standard integration functions with DIS available after the rapid launch of the site. It also offers multi-factor authentication, customizable design options, and support for Japan’s invoicing system, allowing for significant reductions in both development and operational costs.

In addition to listing the dealer’s own products, the site can feature approximately 650,000 IT-related items provided by DIS. This helps streamline product management tasks and reduce the time and effort required for system operation and maintenance, greatly improving overall efficiency.

 

iDATEN EX3 streamlines operations such as the creation of quotes, order processing, inventory checks, and shipping notifications, supporting smooth transactions between dealers and their customers. This also helps alleviate chronic labor shortages.

In addition, by utilizing features that allow the distribution of banners, product listings, and sales support information to customers, the service contributes to strengthening customer relationships.
