Daiwabo Information System Co., Ltd.

Daiwabo Information System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “DIS”) has established a consultation service to support the review of Microsoft cloud service licensing agreements for large-scale customers (enterprise users). This service is primarily intended for users of large enterprise licensing agreements (hereinafter “LSP agreements”) provided by Microsoft Japan Co., Ltd. through Microsoft-authorized partners (hereinafter “LSP*1”), and supports customers in selecting the most optimal solution for their needs.

In November 2025, Microsoft abolished the quantity-based pricing tier structure for LSP agreements as part of its policy changes. As a result, an increasing number of cases have seen costs rise upon renewal of existing agreements, prompting many customers to review their contracts.
In response to this situation, DIS has established the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement Consultation Center.

Should LSP agreements be maintained, or should a transition to CSP be considered?
As a distributor capable of providing both LSP and CSP, DIS will receive consultations from customers and, in collaboration with dealers, support the selection of the most appropriate contract.

Overview of Support Provided by the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement Consultation Center

  1. Review of customers’ current contract details and cost comparison between LSP and CSP
  2. Introduction of dealers
  3. Follow-up support regarding contract procedures
