Daiwabo Information System Co., Ltd. (Head Offices: Kita-ku, Osaka City/Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Hiroyuki Matsumoto; hereinafter “DIS”) and Sansan, Inc. (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, CEO, CPO: Chika Terada; hereinafter “Sansan”), a provider of AX services that transform the way people work, have concluded a dealer agreement for the accounting AX service “Bill One” and will commence sales within Japan. In recent years, amid rising prices and labor shortages, improving operational efficiency and productivity has become a critical challenge in corporate accounting departments. In order to meet this market need, DIS and Sansan will offer Bill One, a service designed to improve accounting productivity across a broad range of companies from large enterprises to SMEs, through DIS’s nationwide dealer network of 112 locations, while actively pursue market development.
Bill One, provided by Sansan, Inc., is an accounting AX service that addresses challenges across a wide range of operational areas, including invoice receipt, expense reimbursement, and receivables management. By fundamentally transforming company-wide business processes involving supporting documents such as invoices and receipts, it enhances productivity not only in accounting departments but across the organization as a whole.
Katsumi Yotsugi, Managing Director and General Manager of the Procurement & Sales Promotion Division at Daiwabo Information System Co., Ltd., gave the following comment:
