As announced in the “Notice Concerning Change (Share Transfer) in Consolidated Subsidiary (Specified Subsidiary)” dated November 22, 2023, we completed the transfer of 85% of the outstanding shares of Daiwabo Co., Ltd., a consolidated subsidiary of the Company, to Aspirant Group Inc., on March 27, 2024. Note that some data on the fiber business will continue to be posted.
