Human Resource Development

The Daiwabo Group works to enhance the skills, knowledge, and motivation of employees' through our education system that consists of “company-wide training programs,” which are aimed at ensuring all employees acquire the necessary knowledge and skills regardless of their seniority, job, or department, and “seniority-based training,” “job-based training,” and “department-based training.” In addition, in terms of hiring, we will develop a workplace environment that will secure a more diverse range of human resources.

Composition of Board of Directors

In order to maximize the corporate value of the Daiwabo Group as a whole and strengthen and thoroughly enforce corporate governance as a holding company, the Company elects independent Outside Directors for at least one-third of the Board of Directors and utilizes their advanced qualities in their individual areas of expertise in management. In addition, the Company will also endeavor to ensure the Board of Directors is effective, while taking into consideration diversity, not just in terms of external attributes such as gender, age, nationality, race, and physical characteristics, but also internal attributes, such as beliefs, religion, and values.
