Daiwabo Information System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as DIS; Head Office: Kita-ku, Osaka; President: Hiroyuki Matsumoto) has concluded a channel partnership agreement for the Japanese market with Microsoft Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Microsoft; Head Office: State of Washington, USA; CEO: Satya Nadella) and was certified as a Licensing Solution Partner (hereinafter referred to as LSP). The certification allows DIS to offer Microsoft products under specific licensing programs inside Japan.
Certification as an LSP makes it possible for DIS to deal with the following licensing programs:
・Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA)
・Microsoft Enterprise Subscription Agreement (ESA)
・Server and Cloud Enrollment (SCE)
・Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES)
・Microsoft Product and Service Agreement (MPSA)
・Select Plus
Each of the above licensing programs is designed for large-scale users. By concluding a contract for multiple years, users can prepare a medium- and long-term budget for software licenses.
We can satisfy the needs of an even wider range of users by launching the above software licensing programs.
Besides expanding the licensing business of Microsoft in Japan, we intend to redouble our efforts to strengthen our sales network and support the digital transformation of users.
On Licensing Solution Partner (LSP)
Partner program certified by Microsoft
Certification as an LSP makes it possible for us to offer a Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA), Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES), a contract of products and services supplied by Microsoft (MPSA), and Select Plus. LSPs offer services that enable companies to introduce and use licenses easily, such as support for seamless contract conclusion, support for technology, and support for easy purchase and use of a license.
