Daiwabo Information System Co., Ltd. (Head Offices: Kita-ku, Osaka City/Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Hiroyuki Matsumoto; hereinafter “DIS”) has received the Sales Leadership Award, presented to partners demonstrating outstanding sales performance and leadership in the education sector, at the Google for Education Global Partner Forum held in London, United Kingdom, on January 20, 2026. This year, five companies worldwide were selected for the award, and DIS was honored as one of the recipients.

 

This award recognizes companies from among Google for Education partners worldwide that have achieved outstanding accomplishments in the education market. DIS’s selection reflects the high evaluation of the strong ecosystem DIS has built together with its nationwide dealer network in promoting Google for Education across the Japanese market, as well as its strategic market development initiatives.

 

■Background to the Award and Key Evaluation Points

In receiving this award, DIS was highly recognized for the following achievements:

 

1. Nationwide Deployment Capability Through Partnerships
   Through strong collaboration with dealers across Japan, DIS has established a supply structure capable of responding closely to the diverse needs of each region. In particular, in its proposal activities aimed at the second phase of the GIGA School Initiative, DIS actively promoted the adoption of Google GIGA Licenses not only in urban areas but also among local governments and educational institutions in regional areas, thereby advancing the widespread implementation of Google for Education solutions throughout the Japanese market.
    
2. Strategic Shift to Solutions That Accelerate Education DX
   Another key factor behind the award was DIS’s strategic transition from simply providing devices and licenses to delivering the comprehensive Education DX Package. By offering an integrated solution, which ranges from security measures to support for teachers’ effective utilization and empowerment, through its dealer network, DIS has contributed to providing solutions to challenges faced in educational settings. At the same time, DIS has promoted the adoption of Google Workspace for Education and led the establishment of new standards within the market.

DIS will continue to accelerate the deployment of the highly recognized Education DX Package, as well as the latest solutions such as Chromebook Plus equipped with AI capabilities.

In addition, by leveraging the expertise of its dedicated Education ICT Promotion Group, which supports the enhancement of information utilization capabilities within educational institutions, DIS will work together with approximately 19,000 dealers nationwide to advance digital transformation in educational settings and help to develop learning environments that foster children’s creativity.
